The ingredients needed to make Chips Masala:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Potatoes
  2. Prepare 1 bell pepper, Onion, bay leaf and Green chilli
  3. Take 1/2 tsp garlic powder, ginger powder and All spice mixture

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Afghan red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup lime juice

Steps to make Chips Masala:
  1. Slice potatoes into chips and fry. Set aside
  2. Sautee onions garlic green chilli and all the spices for 5 minutes…then add diced tomatoes and stir
  3. As the sauce thickens add the lime juice and salt plus the chips and mix well… cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce glazes the chips.
  4. Serve with shredded cabbage topped with garlic mayo….or French toast and sausages
