Cut the "X" pattern on the hat and the stitches around it, out of sliced cheese. Stick the sausage from Step 7 on the border of the face and the hat, securing it with a piece of spaghetti.
  10. Cut the smoked cheese with a knife to make the horns. Cut the facial features out of nori and sliced cheese, and it's done.
