  1. In a mix bowl add carrot,cabbage cupsicum,salt,garammasala,red chilli powder, red food colour maida 1 tbsp oil
  2. Mix well if the vegetables leave to water knead to get a dough like mixture.
  3. Heat oil for frying in a Kadai add the vegetables balls and deep fry them till it turns crisp and golden color.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add in spring onion white part ginger garlic paste.green chilli saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Add in all the sauce salt Chat masala redfood color,red chilli powder, mix well.Now add in the fried balls and toss well in the sauce.
