  1. In a saucepan add water and a good pinch of salt. Then cook the pasta as instructed on the pack.

  3. Add the onion and chorizo and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the peas, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Then add the mascarpone cheese, black pepper,salt and mix well.
  6. Drain the pasta well, add back to the saucepan then add the mixture and mix well.
