- First cut the bottle gaurd in to pieces and grind it in the mixture jar the squzee the bottle gard paste and remove the juice from it.
- Then take a bottle gaurd paste in bowl add all other ingredients in it and mix it well.
- Then take some batter in hand make a round shape tikki or you can give any shape of your choice.In these way ready all the tikki and coat it in the semolina seeds.
- On other hand take a pan on gas add oil in it heat it well on high flame then put 2 to 3 tikki in oil and dip fry it and serve it with chutney.
