  5. Get As needed Shredded chicken for the filling (you can also use tuna, egg, kani, etc.)

  7. Prepare 8 ready-to-use inari age (fried tofu pouched immersed in sweet shoyu)
Instructions to make Inari Sushi:
  1. Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age.
  3. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
