- Grind bread slice in a mixer and make bread crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl add wet poha, mashed potatoes and bread crumbs. Mix, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix well and make a dough.
- Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put balls one by one and deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
